TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL
- i, the artist, reserve the right to refuse any commission. buyers that request any commission containing hateful/bigoted/etc content will be blacklisted from current and future commissions.
- for fcfs commissions using slots, if there is no response or payment 3 days after contact without warning, your slot will be forfeited.
- private commissions (commissions that are requested not to be posted to/displayed anywhere by the artist, etc) will cost a fee for being unusable for reference of the artists work.

III. TIMELINE AND SCOPE OF WORK
- any time constraints must be introduced BEFORE the work has even begun (in the commission request, etc). if they are not, the piece is subject to not being completed within those time constraints.
- i will submit a sketch before continuing on to the finished piece. at other milestones of the piece, further updates will be given unless requested or discussed otherwise.
- once the sketch is approved, extreme changes to the works design will not be allowed. please let me know when there's something that doesn't suit your wants as soon as you notice.

II. PAYMENT
- under normal circumstances, payment is accepted through paypal or cashapp. alternate payment methods, (such as deviantart points, robux, discord nitro, characters, ko-fi etc) if not explicitly stated to be taken at the time, need to be introduced and discussed (in the commission request, etc) before the piece is started.
- there are two accepted payment plans : upfront, and after thumbnails.
ㅤㅤ. upfront ; full payment is given upfront.
ㅤㅤ. after thumbnails ; payment is given upon artist recieving approval of thumbnail sketches.

IV. COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION
i, the artist, reserve the right to :
ㅤㅤinclude the commissioned work(s) in portfolios, online profile/pages, commission sheets, etc unless the work was discussed as a private commission, or has been made into a private commission properly.
ㅤㅤclaim the commissioned piece as my own work.
the buyer reserves the right to :
ㅤㅤshare/repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artists. use as icons on social profiles, etc.

this artwork is for personal use only. reproduction of this artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for commercial purposes will be in violation of Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. The artist retains the right to the artwork(s). My artwork is never to be used for AI / NFT / or related endeavors

I. GENERAL1 ) by purchasing a design (adopt/custom/etc), as the client you agree to the artists terms and conditions of use. violation of terms can lead to blacklisting and being denied further sales. i reserve the right to potentially refuse sales to anyone.2 ) when using work purchased from me , do not claim the design as your own. this includes redesigns based upon the original work. though you yourself can be added as an additional creator of the design (with distinction as the redesigner) if you so choose.3 ) my work is not for commercial use intrinsically. please contact me if you'd like to use my work for commercial use, such as vtubers.4 ) do not delete characters. if you are leaving toyhou.se find some way to keep them on the site, or contact me to trade them back. this does not constitute a refund in cases of trading them back. deleting characters and replacing my credit with an offsite link is also considered a form of deletion, please don't do that !5 ) do not use my designs to promote hateful/bigoted content. furthermore creating content such as : pedophilic/MAP , beastiality/zoo, proship, or to perpetrate anything else related with the character is prohibited.6 ) do not use my designs for crypto/NFT or any other related endeavor.7 ) failure to give payment within a reasonable amount of time will lead to some form of warning from the artist before the exchange is considered null. please give me some form of warning if payment might take a while, i'm more than willing to work something out.II. RESELLING1 ) you may only resell my designs for the amount that you bought them for. if there is extra art you may add additionally, though you must be consistent/reasonable with the method of adjusting the price.2 ) do not resell characters with NSFW art to minors.III. NSFW1 ) minors are under no circumstances to use my designs for NSFW related content or endeavors.2 ) adults are free to make NSFW content with characters given that it doesn't violate section I rule 5.
